In a related story, Department of Transportation officials tell me that somewhere in the country a car had an accident and people were injured when the story of the GWU student's suicide was posted on FoxNews.com...As of this writing, I have not been able to obtain reaction from Rupert Murdoch.

Coincidence? I don't think so.

It might be a bit alarmist and controversial as to the value of the data that was copied, but there's some good information here. As a result, I've created a new email account for all corporate communications to reduce my exposure in the future. I suppose that I should have done this ages ago, but I didn't.

One suggestion for creating such an account: run the word through Google to see how many hits it gets. The root word that I chose only had 110 hits (it's non-English), and when I added a suffix to it there were zero hits.

And if you're interested in a little light reading, how about a copy of the Al Qaeda training manual, courtesy of PBS' Frontline. The reason why it's included is it says that agents should remain calm and don't raise a ruckus, therefor an AQ agent is more likely to easily get through screening.

The video was originally linked in the blog, but some ass filed a DMCA claim and it was taken down. Peter Jackson has protested the filing, but YouTube usually acts instantly on takedown notices without giving the person who posted it a chance to respond.

It looks REALLY good. They're faithfully rebuilding the sets from the movies, and it looks like they're filming it linearly/chronologically. My only problem: THEY'RE FILMING IT IN EFFING 3-D.
