I find articles like this interesting because of the lack of problems that I have. I have wrist problems, but they are due to a birth defect, not carpal tunnel. I have good sleep hygiene, I don't have headaches, etc. But I do recognize these symptoms in others.
I like the quote that the bed should be used for two things: sex and sleep. If you're awake more than 10-15 minutes, you should get up and do something relaxing, and you should NEVER use your laptop in bed!
(now if only I could convince my wife of that) :-)

Date: 2006-04-06 07:17 am (UTC)I usually fall asleep pretty quickly. I personally have the opinion that the bedroom is for sleeping, dressing, and sex, and that should be about it. I include reading before bedtime as part of sleeping, but as a rule I don't like to do anything else in there.
